[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — didn't get deducted amount back on the cancellation of tickets | |||
I have booked 3 tickets from bhopal to mathura using goibibo on 2 august. And the money (Rs-3595/-) is deducted from my account but booking was not done. And i got a message to refund the amount with in 15 days bt still i did;t get the amount back The transaction id is: (Trnmf3ha840bye) Please check it and let me inform. It has been more than 1 month but i did't get payment back. And i am not able to connect u with the helpline number due to lack in your system. Was this information helpful? | |||
