[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — failure in paying out refund amount | |
I have booked accommodation at batasia loop homestay in darjeeling from 5th to 7th june. Attached is the detail of booking. Upon reaching the hotel at 9 00pm, the hotelier rejected our accommodation saying the home is already full (Hotel contact number [protected]). Upset by this along with my family, i searched for another accommodation and checked-in at midnight 11 45 pm. I have raised a complaint bearing ticket number 23730495 in goibibo after several customer calls. From last 20 days, i am begging them for atleast refund the booked amount, but to no result. I spoke with Axis Bank (credit card department) and they said that there is no transaction with the reference number given by you. They inturn asked me to check with GoIBibo.
