[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — false confirmation | |
Dear sir/ma'am, I am samarth trivedi, a student from india. I had booked a flight from ahmedabad to barcelona for 10th september (Ticket no.[protected], with goibibo.in the ticket my connectivity from madrid to barcelona was confirmed. But when i reached the station in madrid, the denied the same and rejected the ticket. Goibibo had not provided me the valid ticket. So, due to that i was forced to buy the ticket second time and payed around 7, 500inr (90.90eur). Photos of the tickets are attached along. I request you to, make the refund for the extra ticket.
