Ibibo Group / Goibibo — flight booking cancelation

I sneha chaudhary was required to travel from delhi to almaty, kazakhstan on 31 aug 19. I booked ticket from delhi to almaty in flight number ai6521 from goibibo website. I tried my best to approach goibibo prior to departure of my flight but i could not contact through all means but my booking was not reflected in your records. I dont know the reason.. My booking id is tua6jmphi and goibibo booking e-ticket number is[protected]. I booked my ticket on 15 mar 19..

Please help me out, already i am in big financial loss, kindly i[censored] can refund my amount, it will be a great help...
