Please provide compensation for cancellation of goair flight on july 4thfrom mumbai to goa Pnr J7MDWJ.Also let us know who would compensate us for overnight stay in mumbai new flight tickets and loss of one working day
The goair counter at mumbai airport has taken a written complaint but they refused to make any alternate arrangements or arrange stay in mumbai. they asked us to contact the booking portal for compensation.please let us know at the earliest

If you do not have control over the airlines you should stop doing business.It is your joint responsibility to provide safe and timely service and in our case adequate compensation .If i do not receive a proper conclusion to my complaint please be advised that i intend to pursue this matter to whatever level i need to.
you cannot getaway by shirking your responsibility in this matter.
