You are requested to please confirm when will i receive the money against the flight cancelled by airlines. Details given below :

This has reference my below mentioned ticket no. & pnr no. Against flight no. Flight no. Ai-492.

Pnr no.  yvsmg

Ticket no. [protected] seat no. 2f

Date  4th july, 2020 at 5 pm jaipur-delhi

Kindly note, above mentioned flight was cancelled by airlines due to that i could not travel and have to book another evening flight from kishangarh to delhi and spend extra money to reach out to kishangarh from jaipur.

By now i have not received refund of my money amounting rs. 5131. Since, the cancellation was from airlines end money has to be returned automatically in my account.

Note  have paid the same via my citibank credit card.

An early response would be highlight appreciated.
