I booked several internatiinal fights
in jan2020. but due to covid19 all flights get cancelled. When I called goibibo for refund or reschedule, they are not picking up my phone. After half or an hour hold if they picked up then they disconnected my call in between.its really frustrating. No one wants to assist us. If you raise any query in goibibo portal then again it ask me to call. Around 25k stuck with goibibo. I am an existing customer of Goibibo even then this kind of service. Pathetic
