I have been trying to get in touch with your team since past couple of days. Its not only been a very bad experience but extremely difficult. Your email for rescheduling says i need to contact customer care on +91 [protected] for abroad callers however the number is always out of reach or facing a heavy call flow and the line gets disconnected, not only wasting my money on the call but also not having solved my query. I need to reschedule my current booking i. E 10th oct 2018 air india express[protected] flight no ix252 to 28th dec[protected] flight no.
