With respect to the flight ticket booking to be done from my credit shell account, I am not able to modify the details of one passenger namely, Ms.Swara Ranjith. The details populated for the fresh booking is showing as Infant, but actually now she is above 2 years old. The booking ID was GOFLDAND46B[protected]. I need to change the category of the above passenger from infant to child.
I have made request through mail and an auto reply is received with no solution. I tried to reach in customer care numbers but couldn't get anyone. Through the app I have raised a ticket with id 31891108.
I am ready to pay extra amount for the category change. The credit shell can be used only upto March and without the category change mentioned above it is of no use. Was this information helpful? |
