Verified Support Jan 23, 2020 Ibibo Group / Goibibo Customer Care's response Dear Rissy Charly Chitteth, Apologies for the trouble caused to you In reference to your complained, seems your issue has been resolved from the company side as we informed you that after the cancellation charges their is no amount left for refund. The cancellation charges are as follows: Airline Fee- INR 2962 per passenger Goibibo Service Fee-INR 300 per passenger Convenience fee-INR 290 per passenger which is non-refundable. The total cancellation charges are INR 7104 and there is no refund as the total paid amount is 7102. In case you are not happy with the resolution.
