I book hotel krishna kunj, kota through goibibo in price of rs 5 at 1-3-2018 for 2-3-2018 to 3-3-2018. I was thought that it is a offer or something... They send me confirmation mail and msg that my room is confirm booked... But when i call hotelier for my booking they said that there was no booking.. Than i called goibibo costumers reception they said that was a technical issue... And they can give me refund... But goibibo technical issue cost me a new hotel booking 3000 rupes. If i book that hotel on 1-3-2018 i get that hotel in half price... That is very unfair behaviour of goibibo...

I haven't seen such a careless pple like u . Who doesn't care about their customers. Are we mad, sending u query n we haven't get even response from ur side.. just forward my msg to ur CEO let him understand what a careless customer support staff he is having who r just taking paymnt without work.
