[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — go cars i did not get any support on the car services and neither i am able to get any refund | |||||
I had booked a go car and received confirmation that my booking is confirmed however i got a call from one of the executives just 2 hours b4 that there is no car available on that route Last min i asked if they can help me with some air tickets rather me searching online and the team could not assist me. Irony was the driver calls me in the morning and said "i had slept and couldn't come can i come now" If the team would have given me driver details i would have somehow chased Him in the evening and continued my journey Now i ve still not got any refund The ivr says we are experiencing a high call volume and there is no response on the ticket as this journey is not on the list Need immediate assistance Regards Kiran dive [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
