Ibibo Group / Goibibo — goibibo asking to cancel booking without upgrade or option hotel | |
Hi team. We had done a booking for 17th november 2017 to 20th november 2017 two days back, for a service apartment in goa in name of ankur patel. We have done all payments against it as well and we received confirmation for both payment and room on our mail as well which i have attached with this mail. And now suddenly we get a call from goibibo saying you will have to cancel the booking as rooms are not available and we will provide you upgrade for it in same price. But now we are not getting any upgrade options nor any equivalent options against our booking. This is really shameful and unexpected from goibibo management. Inshort very unprofessional behaviour and attitude of your for the customers. So we hope you would have a solution for this and get this problem solved at the earliest. If not, i would have to take strict against this action of yours and would also make sure none of my relatives or friends book anything from your site. And would share this instance at maximum on social media as well. I am attaching a copy of our confirmation copy with this mail. Waiting for your positive reply at the earliest.
