[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — goibibo has not refunded jet airways cancellation money | |
I have been following up with Goibibo team from last couple of weeks regarding the status of my refund. I have received a confirmation from Jet Airways over email that they have processed the refund from their end. When I informed Goibibo about this, they did not believe it in the first place and kept on saying that they have not received any update from the airlines about the refund. When I agreed that I can show them the email, they asked me to forward that email. I forwarded that email and had to follow up on that to get an update. Even after that, they still said that there is no update from airlines about my refund. Today when I spoke with one of the tele-reps, she said that she will arrange for a call back, but have not heard anything from them so far. This is pathetic and needs to be resolved with utmost priority. I hope you guys understand that due to cancellations, we have booked alternate tickets at higher rates and on the other hand the funds are blocked by you guys. Was this information helpful? | |
