Booking Id: PNR - IKJNQT & DJ73SW I had booked a round trip to Nagpur (NAG) from Bengaluru (BLR) dated May 15 – May 19. However, due to amid Covid 19 situation and imposed nationwide lockdowns, the flights were cancelled. I applied for refund with the airlines and I received email from IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) saying they have processed the full refund to the travel agency account used at the time of booking the reservation but unfortunately the money would go to agency account i.e. Goibibo. I understand the COVID situation and limited working. Goibibo has unethically retained the money with themselves by not processing refunds. Moreover Goibibo email id and customer care contact number is not reachable after six months of lockdown period. On 26 Aug, 2020, I received reply from Goibibio Helpdesk that "We have initiated the full refund process from our end. Refund amount would reflect in your original payment mode within next 7-10 business days depending on the bank processing cycle." It has been almost two months still I haven't received refund in my bank account. I want to ask what refund process & processing cycle? How many days it will take to complete 7-10 business days? Also, Goibibo has deleted my booked ticket history from their site so I am unable to take any action it on website or app. Till date I haven’t received any call from Goibibo and still I have not received refund in my account.
