Dear sir,
Today i am make three flight booking in your website and fill complete detail of gst at business option, but after deduct payment they not update the gst number at invoice.

I am also call to your executive after there confirmation i book my 2nd and 3rd booking with screenshot of gst details filled. But i am not received that details in invoice.

Thank you for writing to us. Please be informed that we have checked and found that the GST details were not shared at the time of booking. Hence, the same cannot be updated now on the invoices.

We would appreciate your understanding on the fact that the invoices are auto-generated and once generated cannot be modified.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
How to do that I am already share my GST filled details in your business option this is your technical problem but you just blame to customer this is shame on you.

I am making 2nd and 3rd booking after confirmed from your representative and they confirm me take the screenshots and send it to goibibo if your GST details is not update in invoice.
