Already written mail on the same and no. Invoice provided with gst details from the hotel. You guys are cheating customers with false promises Make customer suffer and make them. Run pillar to post. Twice have raised and useless response from goibibo. Have asked response from the senior management and no response. This clearly shows the management capabilities as well.
