[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel booking refund issue | |||
Hello team, I did a hotel booking for puri for upcoming 31st may'2019 to 2nd june'2019. Post cyclone there is no electricity restored along with water problem exists. Hence tried calling goibibo customer care no to get the status. But every time the customer care no got disconnected automatically to get update from gia. But the chat suppprt is really bogus and answered nothing related to my query. Aftet talking to hotelier (The only option given by goibibo) he asked for canceling the booking and complete refund would happen. But in my goibibo app i can see 0 refund. Incase of natural calamity where the hotel is not accepting guest, how can goibibo is doing this kind of fraid with people.
