Dear Team, Greetings! Yesterday I had booked a hotel for three nights stay in Kolkata through GOIBIBO WEBSITE. Yesterday I had call to hotel care taker-[protected], they denied to check in because electricity is not available at hotel @ 12.30 night. Hotel care taker was confirmed to OYO to this problem. Hole night I was calling to OYO -[protected](night 12 :30 to 1:30 Am on my mobile) but nobody help to me at that time & I was stay on road hole night. So I am very unhappy to GOIBIBO & OYO services. request you to please refund my full amount.
