[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel check in | |||||
I have booked room at phuket on 22nd of april for the date 23-25th i am stranded here at the hotel lobby for more than 3 hours and till now my check in not been done as go ibibo has not sent them the mail and payment is not been done. Called goibibo staff nobody is sorting my problem out, everyone is making me wait wait and wait. Nobody has called me back from your end and waiting in the que to talk to the concerned person and disconnects. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I already sent u mail at your web site..but ibibo has not refunded my money..i cancelled my hotel booking on 14th itself..till now I have not been refunded back the money
