[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel confirmation issue | |||
I got confirmed hotel room voucher from goibib. For 25th dec18 to 2jan 19 of hotel city stay pearl hotel. I had called hotel person on 15th december'18 to check hotel. Hotel mgr shahid told that he doesn't have my room booking with them. Also they don't have tie with goibibo. I had raised concerned to goibibo on 15th december18 of my room confirmation since then i was doing my follow with goibibo but executives were just replying that they are working in my query and they will call back.
