Name: kartik garg Date:19/04/2019 Call:[protected] Description: when i reach hotel they clearly refuse my reservation saying they don't have tie up with ibibo anymore and i had to cancel the booking and as per the timing i didn't get any refund. I just want my money back, i even reach on time but they refused to take the reservation hence i had to cancel it. Please help!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I called them, told my issue they made a ticket and assigned it to there concerned team and they messaged me the ticket number too and then in 1 hour I got the details about my refund. Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
