Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel property refuse to check in due to online booking

Oyo 41323 hotel raj heritage
I had booked hotel in hotel raj heritage from date 06/10/2019 to 10/10/2019.in this morning of 6th oct. When i reached this above hotel, he refused to stay in their hotel and when i asked for the reason, property honor replied we are not allowed online booking. So i returned back and stayed outside.
I tried to contact go ibibo customer care but unable to connect with them, then i contact to given number for any questions related to the property, you can contact oyo 41323 hotel raj heritage directly at: [protected] or [protected]@oyorooms.com
Oyo also registered complaint regarding this matter and assured that they have been refunded my amount within 7 to 14 working days, but when i called oyo after 20 days for refund they again denied to refund and informed me to take refund from goibibo.
