[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel refund | |
My booking id: htleunhe6h. I have made the booking for 5 adults + 1 kid and paid total amount of rs 38, 723 which is inclusive of 5 adults + 1 kid + all the taxes. As per the voucher, which i have received and i have enclosed for your reference, it clearly shows the booking has been made for the above said paxs. Inclusions (As per the english meaning is "what all is included") and exclusions ("what all is not included"). In the voucher, please read the inclusions and it clearly states "all the extra taxes + deposits + free breakfast" has been included in the amount which has been paid to goibibo while making the booking. As per my discussion with your agent today, they confirmed i will be paying 50 aed to the hotel as an extra adult fee + tourism fee of 15 aed per room per night. I think, goibibo please do read the line in the voucher again and all these amounts are included while i was making the booking. The amount rs 38, 723 would have been different if i have make the booking for 4 adults + 1 kid. Condition of 50 aed would be applicable in this case when i am taking an extra guest along with me. The room price will be different if you choose 4 adults or 5 adults. Either goibibo is trying to fool customers and trying to charge excess money from customer because this is highly unprofessional and i need a proper solution for the same because i will not be paying any extra amount to hotel during my stay as i have already paid to goibibo. I booked BHIMAS deluxe hotel at TIRUPATI as in the app it was showing 0km from TIRUMALA TIRUPATI DEVASTANAM but actual distance is more than 10km away from the TIRUMALA TIRUPATI devastanam. So I requested for refund.

Before 3 days I was booked a train ticket but my booking is failed but my money deduct from my account and not refund my money.
