[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel room is different from what is showing in the website | |||
I booked a maharaja deluxe room in samrat hotel gurgaon (Booking id htlhe7n4rb) after check in, they provided me with normal deluxe room hotel saying that after 1 hour they will provide me with the booked room. After questioning about the room again they are saying its not available. If booking is done from today for that room, how its not available i don't understand. And when other people queried regarding availability of maharaja room, to them they are saying its available. But they are not providing those rooms if we did online booking from goibibo website.
