[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel room refused and refund of amount | |||
Room has been denied by hotel management due to unavailability of room last night. Without getting prior confirmation from the hotel you have confirmed me the hotel with confirmation tickets because of your fault i was left out no where at midnight. For that you have debited full amount from me. Requesting explanation from your side for the inconvenience caused and full refund amount with compensations for my struggle at midnight.
