[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — I didn't receive my refund in my bank | |
I started booking a ticket for train which cost me ₹243 through goibibo. I credited ₹143 from my bank and ₹100 from my goibibo cash. All done for payment, just remain to irctc confirmation, which failed to access because i crossed my booking limit now i need to cancel ticket so i cancelled and proceded for refund but i only got my gocash but not my ₹143 which credited from account. They said we had refunded, but i didn't recieved. Now what should, where should i go for refund... Please support! Was this information helpful? | |
