[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — incorrected boarding point shown by app and driver denied duty | |
Today i book bus ticket from narsingpur to indore. Only one boarding point was shown in the option. I book ticket and receive a msg with dept time. When i enquired about the boarding point it was 45-50 km away from where i entered in boarding option. If i'm putting one city name (Narsinghpur) in the dept. Place option then how u provide me such wrong information..? (Far away boarding point) Furthermore i contacted with driver, he was also not provided me right information to pick up the bus. I want complete cash back as a miss my bus and facing huge inconvenience due to providing such felt boarding point option Was this information helpful? | |
