GOIBIBO, even after refund confirmation received from
Indigo.
Proof : 19th July'20 email communication attached, received from
Indigo and
GOIBIBO about re-fund is pending.
It is frustrating to see that, no support from
GOIBIBO team side to feedback when my money will be refunded into my bank account. Kindly look into this matter URGENTLY!!!
Unfortunately to see that,
GOIBIBO has my phone number, email id and mode of ticket booking details, still sending email (attached) stating that please reach
GOIBIBO team for refund. However, I have tried to reach
GOIBIBO phone number mentioned below and failed to get any support. Feeling harassed from
GOIBIBO to see that pathetic management and support.
Once again attached email from
Indigo airline that, money released for refund since 14th Jun'20, actions pending from GOBIBO team.

Unfortunately, after many try below GOIBIBO numbers are not reachable and no email being responded by GOIBIBO team.
Unfortunately it is frustrating to see during COVID situation GOIBIBO keep customer money on hold to harash.
All proof from Indigo airline attached again here that, money transferred already to GOIBIBO, but no support being received from GOIBIBO to confirm when money will be refunded to my bank account.
Complaints raised against GOIBIBO for not supporting to resolve.
