[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — international flight | |||||
Booked krabi to bangalore for 10feb 2019 ticket twice. Payment got deducted and booking was showing pending for more than 4 hours After contacting customer care booking was cancelled and status was made to refund. I am in a situation where my creditcard is been blocked for 54k which is not small amount and no update on when it will be refunded. There is some serious problem in application where in airline price are been verified after the payment is been done wherein it should be checked before the payment option. This repeated incident has broke my trust and reailblity from goibibo, will advice other also goibibo not a good option for international booking. Was this information helpful? | |||||
