[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — left us to sleep in the roads for a night in bali

We are currently in Bali, our booking was denied at the Hotel booked through Goibibo, we had to sleep in the road as it is New Years Evening time right now all the rooms are full. There is no support at all from Goibibo. We had booked Akasha Botique Hotel for 3 night- 29th 30th and 1st January.we are in shocked state right now. I have called the Call centre for more than 100 times, all they are saying is take room in a very cheap Hotel or take refund amount plus compensation of RS 10000 where as our total loss incurred is about 1, 25, 000/-

In reference to your complained, seems your issue has been resolved from the company side as we have initiated the full refund of INR 26, 130 in your account on 09-JAN-20, Bank Reference Number was #[protected].

And as compensation we have already given you the amount of INR 26, 130 in your bank account, please trust this is the best what we can do for you, further we humbly denied any compensation in this regards.
