[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — left us to sleep in the roads for a night in bali | |||
We are currently in Bali, our booking was denied at the Hotel booked through Goibibo, we had to sleep in the road as it is New Years Evening time right now all the rooms are full. There is no support at all from Goibibo. We had booked Akasha Botique Hotel for 3 night- 29th 30th and 1st January.we are in shocked state right now. I have called the Call centre for more than 100 times, all they are saying is take room in a very cheap Hotel or take refund amount plus compensation of RS 10000 where as our total loss incurred is about 1, 25, 000/- Was this information helpful? | |||
