Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money debited from account but booking undone | |||
Hello, On 18th January, 2020 at night. i was trying to book hotel shompen in Port blaire from Go Ibibo website, after selecting the room and filling the details of guests, at payment section, I selected UPI payment mode and they offered discount for Rs15 on total amount that was Rs 3725 and hence making net amount to be paid as Rs3710. There was a QR code to be scanned for making payment through UPI, i scanned from my phone, and at BHIM UPI application i got confirmation screen for amount deduction, the moment i approved and payment got dedcuted, but on payment screen of GoIbibo there was'nt any response. I waited for so long, but no refund and booking status: "Booking under Progress" . I have contacted Goibibo they said they didnt recieve, and they cant help it. my bank have deducted the money on the name of Goibibo, Pls refund the amount. We are giving money for web check in via goibibo and they are not give the selected seats for which i pay the seats kindly get the resolution ...
