[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money deducted for booking a seat but the seat did not get selected only | |||
I travelled from hyderabad to kolkata on 16th sep, 2018. My pnr is fbqgps. While web check-in, i booked a seat from the seats which were available. Rs. 600 was deducted from my account but the seat was never booked. I even have the reference number of the bank that it got deducted. Then when i called your support care, the person talking she booked me a seat which was of 0 denomination and she said whatever money i had spent on the previous seat it would get refunded to your bank account in 7-10 days. It has been 2 weeks and it has not yet been refunded. Kindly help Was this information helpful? | |||
