[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money deducted from bank but goibibo refusing it | |||||
This is with respect to payment made of 4024 dated[protected]. It was an upi transaction involving tez which axis bank claims is as a successful transaction and goibibo claims it as a failed transaction. Axis bank required a beneficiary account statement from goibibo so that they can authenticate whether they have received the money or not for the mentioned transaction. After confirming this, axis will refund the money in my account. After lot of follow-up calls and emails, goibibo customer service team has become unresponsive and is not replying to any correspondence. -raghav chandak Was this information helpful? | |||||
