[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money deducted ticket not booked | |
Hello! So yesterday i tried booking tickets from bbsr to pune. Twice my money got deducted n i got booking failed message. I was told that my money will be refunded. Today suddenly booking is showing confirmed and the ticket is of someone else! Neither can i see any other details nor it has a pnr I don't even get the cancel option I have contacted them on fb and they said they are looking into it. But i haven't got any response after that.
