[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money got deducted and ticket not booked

I have tried to make a bus booking through goibibo.com on 23rd May and paid through debit card option
The booking failed but my account got debited by rs.190.Though the amount has not been refunded to my account.
I have contacted customer care, bank everywhere but no use. Where is my money?
It was my mistake to have booked through goibibo which has very poor customer service. I want my money back.

I have added two screenshots . One is when my payment failure happened ..you guys sent it yourself in my mail..that payment failure is happened ..second screenshot is from my passbook .where it's is clearly shown that my money got deducted and went to ibibo...return my money plz

I booked a online ticket from Agra to jodhpur using ibibo on 28.4.2019 at 10.55am using mobile number [protected]. Rs 2565 was deducted from my card but ticket was not booked. Kindly repay my money.
