[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money taken but complete service denied | |||||
Dear concern I have booked one bus ticket through go ibibo. I was charged rupees 900. But i was not provided the bus details and correct phone number. As aresult i lost and did not travel on time. When i informed them they simply saying that they are correct and i am wrong... I need my money back as i was not travelled and i was not given the correct details for the same...
