[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — my refund is not accurate and I am not getting any support | |||
I had booked a flight from mumbai and delhi and then rescheduled it. Only the date was changed. During the reschedule, money was adjusted and the new flight was booked. That flight was cancelled. Goibibo returned the extra amount i paid for the new flight but is not giving me the money that was readjusted from the earlier flight. I have called them 6 times, mailed them more number of times but no feedback at all. I am completely disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||
