My payment detail to your company is received "thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For ibibo group pvt ltd transaction of rs. 150.0 from a/c ending 9318 on 04-oct-18 at 09:25 is igaemlfxf4." Neither pnr details received nor refunded the cost of tickets booked by me and my mother.
