[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — neither received of pnr details nor refunded the cost of rail ticket

My payment detail to your company is received "thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For ibibo group pvt ltd transaction of rs. 150.0 from a/c ending 9318 on 04-oct-18 at 09:25 is igaemlfxf4."
Neither pnr details received nor refunded the cost of tickets booked by me and my mother. Please clarify the same at the earliest.
