[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — no refund from goibibo | |
It has been more than 10 months and a new year has started. But, i haven't receive any refund or any kind of follow up regarding my jet airways cancelled ticket. Every time when i contact to customer care and argho (Customer delight team) they always give the same auto generated answer stating that jet airways had not initiated the payment. In next two months time it will be a year since i have cancelled my ticket. It is so disappointing and unprofessional that it take a year and still not be able to resolve such a small issue like refund on a cancelled ticket. My booking id:tuakdw33w. Pnr : xumbur According to jet airways email that i have received earlier, it state that the payment should be received by 20th may 2019 as i cancelled my ticket in the month of march 2019 and i haven't receive any amount.
