Ibibo Group / Goibibo — no update on flight reschedule and refuse to give connecting ticket | |
We have booked tickets from bangkok to Nagpur using goibio But Due to goibio customer care mistake he did not update use the preponde fight from Bangkok to Bangalore And Ibibo has not arranged the alternative airline ticket they ask to buy new ticket from Banglore to Nagpur . what we think is not fair we have not made any mistake then its goibio responsibility to bring us back to our destination as we have paid through there site why did they give ticket with different per and why they have not given. single pnr ticket . AS the air line has update them on 20-oct-2019 the costumer care person did not tell us that the fight was prepod from Bangkok to Banglore . The ticket were booked automatically by goibio we di not select any fight . now they are saying we not do anything we can refund the fight money .you have to buy ticket pnr: ih83kj dated 09-nov-2019 Was this information helpful? | |
