[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — non refund of air tickets | |
I have booked total 8 tickets of jet airways for mumbai to orlando & jfk to mumbai under the following pnr through goibibo.com: Amdrw3bfx Amdrtw3bs Amdmssies Since, jet airways shut down my tickets were cancelled and had received confirmation by email from goibibo on 25/04/19 that the amount will be refunded in 10 - 15 days time. (Attached screenshot of the email). However i have been following up with them on a regular basis, but they are just dodging the refund by saying that refund will be done on receipt of refund from airlines.
