[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — non response of customer care executive | |||
I booked a ticket from goibibo and later called to reschedule the same. The executive escused with the reason system not working and asked will give a call within an hour. But no call received from end. Again I called and requested the representative to share the charges I have to pay against the same. With same excuse they assured for call back. On my fifth call the executive said that penalty is approx 19k plus extra ticket charges as applicable. It was surprising because i received price confirmation on mail as 9500/_ and also total fare for round trip at that day was approx 19k. I asked the executive to recheck the same and confirm. Since the day approx 10 days I have given several call and everytime have a same reply that we ate are arranging call back which is, , , , , , , , , today I requested to transfer the call to supervisor hoping can understand mu issue but execute replied that we have to early mail the issue to the senior and after proper time, senior will give call. Direct interaction with the personal is not possible am very sorry for the worst and pathetic response from customer care. Would never buy any ticket from goibibo nor would suggest anybody to take service from you for free also. Was this information helpful? | |||
