[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — not getting booking confirmation | |
I booked flight ticket from ahmedabad to warsaw through goibibo by my international debit card. But due to your technical issue that ticket was sold out and the refund process was done from your side. I got refund money but too less. That's i can understand but again i tried to book another flight ticket through your site then payment has been cut from my account and i haven't got any kind of confirmation of that booking. When i'm calling to your customer care number they are refusing my call by saying that you have not any recent bookings with this mobile number. What should i do? And you don't have any another customer care number for abroad customers. Book my ticket and send me confirmation otherwise i will file consumer complain against your company.
