Ibibo Group / Goibibo — not received refund for cancelled flights due to covid | |
I am trying to reach customer support - its a recorded msg that sends a link to upload documents for refund - that never works. Trying since 15 days now. My booking id is gofld15fbb[protected]. Indigo has cancelled the ticket and sent refund to goibibo then why are they holding onto the money? Not able to reach anyone to ask for refund. Need help asap. Was this information helpful? | |
