[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund amount | |||
We booked two rooms at hotel casa de damao, daman through goibibo. By mistake the system/application took and confirmed 22/11/2017 as check in date instead 24/11/2017 (Although we selected 24th november) immediately we contacted goibibo team and hotel executives. The hoteliers are denying to modify the dates neither they are ready to cancel the booking and refund the amount. We have reqested goibibo to refund the amount but no solution yet. I did a transaction on 11 th Nov of rs 756 through airtel Payment app. The transaction was failed and merchant did not get the money. The transaction id is[protected] which is showing payment made at IBIBO WEB .The money is stuck with the Payment gateway. It has been more than 10 days and not received tbe refund. Please refund.
