Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund delay of international flights refund

We bought round trip ticket for chennai to chicago in february 2020, for 125k from goibibo. The lufthansa flights got cancelled due to covid situation. Even after so many talks with customer service, not received any refund so far. They raised refund process on 27th may, but even after 75 days not received my refund.

Updated by Krishnamurthi 1959 My PNR is LU6XE4. My trip is marked as completed in Goibibo app. My refund is not yet received but they sent an email saying my refund is credited back. Very confusing consumer service
