[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund not made (booking id: rbn933m32mg) | |||
1. Booked a bus from ballari to bangalore using goibibo. 2. On time the operator cancelled the bus without any prior information and said there will be a complete refund. 3. I spoke to the goibibo customer care. They checked with the operator and confirmed the cancellation and said there will be complete refund. 4. After few days i see the status on my booking as 'refunded'. 5. I tried calling the support team following the ivr menu but the automated call ends up with "all our executives are busy at this moment. Please call later" 6. After many many attempts to contact support from ivr i realized that it is somehow technically automated to not act upon booked bus related issues. 7. I followed the ivr got into flights department so that they can transfer my call internally to the bus booking department. But she refused to do this and in turn connected me to the same ivr menu which never (Ever) connects to the bus department. 8. I tried communicating through an email but ironically the automated email reply as me to contact the customer care or drop my concern online on their website which never worked for me. 9. Also tried contacting the bus operator. He bluntly shuts my phone and asks me to contact goibibo. 10. I have around 1739 rs stuck in this way which is still not returned till date as per the promised 14 days!! Utterly disappointed with goibibo. Will never use their service and also suggest my friends who are planning to do any bookings to not use goibibo. Was this information helpful? | |||
