[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund not made. | |||
I have booked hotel in france but booking not and my account was debited by ₹72874. Which they said it will be credited in 5-14 days. But its not credited in my account still. Booking id - htlucshu8l If i m trying customer care its saying that u have crossed limits to call us. Means why is there custmercare service when customers will not be able to contact them. Its my mistake i have choosed goibibo its a worst customer service i have used. Just refund my money back or otherwise ill go in customer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
