I have booked a ticket from kolkata to london (Via mumbai) pnr number revwfi - which was later cancelled by jet airways. I have paid inr 48307 for the same, which is due for refund since a month. I am constantly mailing team on '[protected]@goibibo.com' but there is no acknowledgement/reply. I tried calling as well but never been able to reach to any executive.
